Did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!!!!! on my 2016 dodge carvan after insurance & the dealership tried to hustle me. price was twice as low and more power when i received it back i recommend this shop towed it one week. after i gave the okay was fixed in less than 3 days of me making a down payment! 5s by me!

Contacted them to get a new engine put in my car priced 1600 took them a whole month and when I finally got my car all of my dash lights were on my engine still had 197000 miles on it but the new one that was supposed to have 86000 miles on it so at this point I’m unsure if they even replaced my engine and also what took the cake is when I went to pick my car up my new radio set and remote was missing and replaced with an older set like howwwww I went offf it’s no wayyy why is my radio missing he offered me 500 back ..I accepted it but it was so unprofessional the whole service was TRASH !!!

We Have the most combined Experience In Richmond Va Our Father's and Grand fathers taught us,I'm 51, my Father was loved by many hard working people,He kept customers cars going,so they could get to work and get their kids to from school. My father starting out letting me drive the cars in the shop,I was ten years old,when he and others pushed the cars on the old racks with runners there was no room for mistakes,I wasn't allowed to hit the brakes,I had to get it right.I was taught how to remove bolts,then how to reinstall them by hand without stripping the threads,adding heat if necessary. After years of my father teaching me,and hands on experience I'm able to use old school lessons to help me diagnose leaks,wheel sounds,wheel bearing sounds,engine sounds,transmission leaks & diagnosis,we Can Rebuild are Replace Engines or Transmissions if parts are Available.

Our transmission failed on the way to the beach for a weeklong vacation last Sunday. I called Ken and he was extremely helpful. He called the auto parts store and had them retrieve all the needed repair parts and fluids for me then met me at his shop 30 minutes later. Ken and Eddie quickly repaired the car and we were back on the road within 2 hours. I was extremely pleased and impressed with their customer service and quality work! Thanks so much Ken and Eddie!
