Transfirex Translation Services Inc

Overall great experience, after leaving a message, the owner got back to me within hours and 2 days later I had my official documents translated. very easy and simple. I had a printing issue and it was fixed over the weekend. I would recommend them and use their services again, ask for Margaret, she was very professional at all times.

It was a weekend and I urgently needed a document. I arrived at the TRANSFIREX office on a Friday at 11 am and Mrs. Margaret attended me very kindly and gave me the assurance that the work would be done on time. It was Friday and she had a lot of work, she told me that the document would be for Monday or maybe Tuesday, but I needed the document as quickly as possible and she delivered it to me early Monday, the documents was all correctly signed, clear and precise. She is highly recommended. Thank you Mrs. Margaret.

After I write a review about the company the owner was nice by contacting me. I think that clients should know before hand that the company does not provide a certificate of authenticity written by the translator stating that he or she translated the best of their knowledge. I will still have to hire another company to do the translation again.

I am so impressed with Transfirex Translation Services. Almost a year ago, they translated a divorce decree in German for me for immigration purposes. The document was typewritten, very old, and had lots of faded words. They patiently figured out those words with me and after a day, the work was done and sealed. Besides these, they are affordable. My biggest reason for doing this review is that I misplaced the copies they made for me and when I contacted them about it recently, they made two new sealed copies for me FOR FREE and no questions asked. I highly recommend Transfirex Translation Services and I am definitely going back for any future document translation. They are so friendly and reliable above all. Great customer service. Thank you, Ms. Margaret and Colleagues. You are a life saver. :)
