Past 3 years service was good. That's why j kept returning. This year though was the worse. First, they issued a claim stub and unfortunately i assumed they will give me the Official Receipt once i claimed. When i claimed though i was told i should have asked on the date i paid. They should have issued the receipt immediately if that was the case. So if you need an OR asked them immediately. Second, we gave the materials on monday and they said we can get it on thursday. They have my email and contact number. Getting no message from them, i assumed again thay all is good and ready. But upon arriving at their kiosk our stuff were placed outside their kiosk and nothing has been printed. No apologies. Just that it is not yet done. Third, to rectify the situation as we are supposed to use the items for a party on friday(the ff day), they volunteered to deliver it. Come friday, 4pm no message again from them so i called only to be told i need to shoulder the expense. When i disagreed they said its only 100 something pesos. But the price is not an issue. They didn't deliver their end. Why do i need to suffer more. So they say they will shoulder. Fourth, 6pm no message from them. I had to message to inquire. Then they called to say they cant book delivery service (lalamove) again no apologies. So i said i cant do anything. Party is about to start. After a few minutes they say they were able to book. But what is the use. Anyways, i hope this wont happen to other pauing customers. I hope they improve their service, their staff should be better trained to handle situations, and they should have a better tracking or monitoring of their deliverables.
