I switched to a reflexology appointment at short notice. It was fabulous. Carol was excellent. I was so relaxed and my feet felt great after Carol’s massage. Things also came up in my diagnosis. I am definitely am returning for reflexology again. I can wholly recommend it.

I visited Nicola on my last day of work before Christmas. She did my waxing, lashes, brows and manicure with gel nails, all in one hour! It was a lovely experience. We had a good chat throughout and Nicola was very professional. The Covid protection in the salon was good. I used the Covid voucher I had purchased during the first lockdown which was a great idea. Even thought we might not need them as much at the moment we must continue to support our small businesses if we want them to be there when we return to some sort of normality. Thank you.
As a regular customer at Tranquil Beauty Lounge, I went back to have my treatments with Carol just after she was able to reopen. Absolutely top service. I felt very safe under the current conditions. Carol is such a lovely person too - very accommodating. Thank you once again Carol. Onwards and upwards for you, I hope.
I've been coming to Tranquil Beauty for almost a year. Every massage I've had has been amazing. They have offers on atleast every month. It such a great business and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. An overall great service.
Booked for dermaplanning & peel. Good covid procedure in place and treatment started on time. Not the first time I have had these treatments but first time at Tranquil. Carol was excellent, treatment very relaxing and spoke only when she needed to. Gave great advise and ongoing management plan. No pressure to sell or obligation to book again. Skin feels great and therefore have taken the opportunity to book again as per management plan. Would highly recommend
