Great service, this location is very well run unlike their Castlegar location, which I wouldn't even give it one star. Donuts are yummy & very good coffee....keep up the great work Trail Timmys
Have been absolutely wretched lately. Ordered a green tea this morning, couldn't even make that. Poorly stocked for lunch, having either just enough chili/soup for a single cup, or none at all. Expect to wait for an abnormal amount of time if you go in, there is only ever one person running the front register and like 5 people doing drive thru. Even with all those on drive thru, they still can't get a drink made correctly. Have walked in on more than one occasion to witness one of the \managers\, Teddy I am told is his name, berating the girl on food assembly right there at the front in front of the customers. Arguably, the worst Tim's in this area of the Kootenays.
Clean and a little slow, which is expected with covid19.
