Ordered twice , first time took two weeks and they messed up delivery and billing address, fair enough, we all make mistakes, second time 4 weeks ago for a delivery within 3-5 working days. No ordered goods, no refund, no response to countless emails and all operators are ALWAYS busy and never calls you back. Their prices may be dirt cheap on few things but the saving is not worth the hassle, that is of course if you receive anything at all. I've been dealing with a lot of suppliers over many years in hospitality but these guys are just something else. You generally have to try really hard and put in enormous amounts of effort to be this bad!
