Due to COVID-19, I’ve been unable to get my hands on Crown trade standard paints locally. Ordered online via the Tradec Supplies website and extremely happy with the outcome. Rapid replies via email and telephone, both parcels delivered using DHL within a working day or two. Packaged extremely well, which was a worrying ordering paint online. Will happily use again and recommend anybody else to do so. Thanks, James.

Beware ordering online!!! Used as I was desperate for paint and all the usual big boys were not open due to covid19. Overall this was as a shame as they were fairly price competitive online but very disappointed as I was informed about masonry paint out of stock which was fair enough. I was then told the other batches of paint would be sent, on arrival there was several eggshell paints missing so I contacted them (screen shots attached) and was informed ‘apologies as there was an error updating their website’ so instead of informing me, they decided not to tell me it wouldn’t arrive. For this convenience I would've assumed rectifying and sending out eggshell paint asap as part of a good gesture but nothing but to reorder again with P&P, now I have workmen scheduled for painting and I have to start the process again for ordering paint again….costing me money and most importantly wasting my time. In my response to the below, it sums it all up as I didn't spend a lot with 'my small amount of business' (138 for people if they are wondering) so that explains why I got treated like this, the onus was on you to inform and advise the customer that there was a problem with the order and to confirm that no eggshell paint would be arriving as this was YOUR ERROR.
Really helpful staff that know a lot about paint and decorating products. They recommended the products I needed to strip a staircase which turned out great. Thank you
Recieved an unusable product and the company has just ignored my emails. Wish I’d read other reviews below before I wasted my money. Not good. Update: I’ve emailed your “office@“ and “enquiries@“ addresses. It’s regarding a bath paint that arrived with the curing agent already set. I sent a picture. As I don’t have time to call, couod you please have a look on your system? Thanks
