My first ever review and I’m sad to say this is the worst Tractor supply location. This is our local store now, and every time we go and ask questions we get the run around. Store manager and employees are very rude. It’s not nice to make customers feel like we’re a bother when we ask a questions or for assistance. Today, we call to check to see if an item is in stock before making the drive and we’re put on hold for over 10 minutes both times. Last time we got curbside delivery they didn’t have it ready so we waited which was fine but turns out they didn’t even have the said item in stock. This location definitely needs better management.

My husband and I traveled six hours to Edinburg to purchase a large item. One employee told us that the merchandise would be available the next morning. The manager rudely commented the following day that the employee who may have said that would come in later but she made no effort in confirming it nor did she provide a solution. She lacked professionalism and failed to represent the Tractor Supply Company with integrity and commitment. The fact that some customers have dealt with challenges during this COVID-19 environment is obviously not being considered by this company. As a customer , I impress upon you to train your team members about courtesy, professionalism, representing your agency, and familiarizing themselves with your company's products to ensure standard goals are addressed.

Store personnel, including the store manager, have extremely poor customer service skills. They don't take the time to listen and are abrasive when responding to any questions. I decided to purchase a tractor and other large items elsewhere to ensure I was provided with good quality customer service.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this store really needs to fix their curbside system. Every time my girlfriend & I come here to pick up our orders, we wait a few minutes or so for the order, which is fine because you'd think they'd bring us everything. Nope, every single time, they only bring us one part of the order and go back inside without telling us anything about whether or not they're getting the rest of it for us. As a result, we end up having up to wait even longer, and calling the store a second time, just to wait even longer, for the rest of the order! Every single time we do curbside here, we end up having to wait around 30 minutes just to get our full order, since the staff only bring part of it to us within 5-10 minutes. Tractor Supply, how are you gonna offer curbside pickup on orders, when you keep people waiting for this long? We have other things we need to do today and we don't have the time to wait 30 minutes for something that should already be ready by the time we get here, ESPECIALLY when my girlfriend is showing me on her phone that she gets notifications saying the order is ready!
