First review Originally posted March 2018 I've just finished on the phone to Russell with what i can only say was an unpleasant experience! I enquired over the weekend to several Bridgeport milling machine suppliers and russell called back today, once we engaged in conversation regarding what i was wanting and who i had spoken to (peter his rep) he became very frustrated and rude. I will not be buying my machine from Tracey Machinery as if the sales can be so rude then i hate to think what the aftercare would be like! I would have given them 0 stars but not an option. ............................................ Today 23/11/2018 i received a phone call from the owner of Tracey Machinery - Russell Tracey directly to my work mobile phone, which he could have only got from the email (which means he read it) i sent to his sales before this review, this was stating my dismay on my recent interaction with him which he nor did anyone else reply. Today he was calling regarding this review above left 8 months ago and was taking his unprofessionalism to the next level - which is an understatement. Unfortunately for Russell (even if he is a millionaire as he stated this morning) i've never backed down to bullies let alone anyone who may insists on recording conversations without the other person's knowledge or approval which i hope has not happened today. Again Russell you have compelled me to write my second ever review on google which is again regarding my dealings with you and your company. I can state that i have no interest in any type of physical altercation as you seemed to request by me coming to meet you over 100 miles away nor spend anymore time thinking of this morning's unpleasantries. Russell if you are indeed a millionaire as you say then please do invest in a sales team to handle enquiries after sales on behalf of you your company as this is not an area i would say is your strong point.
