I stayed here with my family for 5 days in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was very clean with classy touch. Very helpful professional staff and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are larger than most of hotels in trabzon. If you rent a car it is highly recommended to rent an automatic car.

I stayed for 25 dayes period of time, it was very nice , the apartment was good and clean, the crew staff were very nice and helpful specially abu mhady and abu saad also volcan as well.

Too bad service, they control AC from reception! You can’t control it from you room. We had big apartment with 3 rooms and 2.5 bath, well actually it was 1.5 bath, other one is not working due to they could not find spare parts for fixing it.
