Malik was very helpful in helping me choose a suit to wear for my wedding. I appreciated how he listened to my needs and gave me a personalized strategy. The suit and tuxedo collection is small and straightforward which keeps everything simple. I liked how well everything fit and the service was great.

Got measurements done here and everything came too big (and very wrinkled). UPDATE: The Black Tux refunded my alterations and after dealing with other companies like Men’s warehouse I think The Black Tux is actually the easiest option. Makes me feel bad about my initial poor review. After having more to compare it to, this is the best option for your wedding event!

We ordered a gray suit for the groom, and 3 slightly darker suits for the groomsmen. They all came with 2 weeks left to go, which was fine, they tried them on and they all fit. We all get to the venue at 1pm, 3 hours before the wedding. One of the suits, was a black tuxedo, that didn't match the rest of the other groomsmen. I called up the Black Tux customer service, and they told me the best they could do was give us a 20 discount on the tux rental. This was completely unacceptable as I needed a suit in 3 hours and what was 20 going to do? Very unhappy with the service, please do not use this company if you want your day to go smoothly.
