Young people please think twice before using ADVANTAGE SENTENCING! It's like slavery the staff is not professional. Ms. Winchester is very aggressive, hostile, rude, and no class plus they never anwer the phone. Always giving wrong information or the run around. Never use the one located in 309 E. Joppa rd.
This place is the worst. Instructions are to call when you arrive. Tried that but no one answers the phone. Left a message; finally knocked on the door use the restroom (which they do not have and I was directed to a gas station blocks away), “0h we didn’t know you were here. They have to have competition. USE THEM!!
So far so good.
This business is absolutely ridiculous, 1 star. I was trying to get in time sensitive documents on behalf of a family member. They instruct you to email them and that they will send a confirmation email stating that they recieved the documents. That is a complete lie and noone never picks up the phone when you call. I think that they should be a little more responsive when, especially when considering that some people freedom is on the line.
