This is not a holiday campsite - this is a camping zone for the international air tattoo so it's busy and a little rough around the edges but the atmosphere, the staff, and the price is fine. As seasoned campers we're used to good campsites with loss of facilities - this is not one of those bitñlut at 40 for 2 people for 2 nights it's fine.
Great views of the aircraft. Toilets kept very clean and plenty of space for camping.
Paid 10 for park and view. Fantastic value for money. Had a great day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back next year.
Really pleased with our first stay with a young family at the quieter (Pink field) end of the site. Warm showers, Toilets cleaned twice a day, Taps everywhere and plenty planes directly overhead. I was impressed with the diligence of the staff in maintaining the large site and especially the maturity and politeness of the teenage staff who I saw step in to get kids off the water bowser whilst their parents pretended not to notice. To improve I would like to see a driving curfew on site to prevent people driving to the quieter toilets which was churning up the site.
