As a first time landlord I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but Jess, Dave and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They had my property on the market within a few days and came to me with 3 offers within a week. They managed to rent my property for the full asking price with the tenants moving in within 2 weeks of it being empty. Couldn’t recommend them more! Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

This journey with renting it's not easy at all, as we hit many walls and we met different types of agents: uninterested, unprepared, cold, unfriendly, unprofessional.Yes, we met them all, but I will focus my attention on those kind, professionals and empathic agents. Callum's bubbly personality made our day last Saturday and he was kind and open to any questions we had. He offered as much as he could and knew. I am proud to say that I felt welcomed. Such a big thing nowadays. Thank you, Callum, your kindness was and is very much appreciated. You did your first letting viewing with us and you were brilliant. So impressed with the service we received from Townends when we had to move quickly and unexpectedly smack bang in the middle of a pandemic. Would highly recommend getting in touch with David Rudley who truly was the star of the show. He went above and beyond for us. He was empathetic and spoke to us every day to provide us with updates and when met with any obstacles he was extremely helpful at finding quick solutions. We truly love where we live now and couldn't be happier. He was able to match us with the property we needed and wanted as well as to the landlord helping to find the best fit that worked for all of us. Thanks again for all your hard work! We definitely know where to go for our next move :)

I mostly find the staff to be really helpful and go out of your way to help you! I was told before moving into my property that it would be fully furnished however the estate agent hadn't actually checked this with the landlord, it had just been presumed, meaning that I moved in with my property missing furniture which I now have to pay for.. The estate agents response to this was simply sorry, nothing was offered to rectify the mistake.
