Very happy with service, polite and cheerful when I arrived. Was going to move my car closer to load but team member happily transported the turf to me. Happy with my turf looks good quality. Need more so will be back in a few weeks

Absolutely shocking customer experience. Decided to pop out and get some grass seed from an established local supplier. Checked online, found the product I needed, checked the opening times and made a special trip out to collect (Lower Beeding branch). Arrived at 1640 (20 minutes before they close) to be instantly greeted with \sorry I've just closed up and done the banking\. Good start. I was then told that they can't offer the online price in the shop (portacabin) anyway - they want another 15 on top of the 44 price advertised online. There is **nothing** online to say the price is only valid online, the chap on site says it's a known issue and happens all the time and that it has been reported to management but nothing gets done about it. I said this is really not acceptable having made a special trip but the guy on site has been left with absolutely no discretion to make exceptions either. So much for buying local. What a waste of time and fuel. Will buy my seed and turf online in future and save both time, money and the hassle. Such a disappointment.
