We have being using Tollgate for over 10 years. Our dogs are always very eager to get out of the car and never look back to say bye! They love it and have a wonderful time. It's also great for us to see the videos of them on their walks. They come back home happy after being really well cared for. See you again soon!

My dog Monty is the world to me, so with work commitments for VW, having somebody who will look after him and care for him like I would is hugely important. Karen, her husband and the whole team are friendly and really care about the animals left in their charge. I would have no hesitation in recommending Karen to anyone!
Molly always has a great stay with you guys , she comes home happy and clean. She can be nervous and you obviously put her at ease as shes happy to come to stay. Thank you .

Our two girls went to Tollgate for the first time in September. One of the girls had an ear problem, with regular (and very costly!) visits to the vets... Tollgate sorted out the problem straight away... now in January and the baby hasn’t had any further issues! As well as booked in again for their holidays this year (2020) I now visit for Tollgate to clip the girls nails and pluck hair from the ears. Tollgate!!! Totally awesome!!! Thank you x
