We are really pleased with how Howkins & Harrison dealt with our sale right from Karen Bishop's first visit and valuation, which we thought was exactly right, through the original sale and rapidly achieved second sale. Although there were complications in the chain which hindered progress, Karen devoted much personal attention to overcome the problems to ensure that we achieved exchange and completion for which we are very grateful. Good communications from all the Towcester H&H team. Very professional but friendly. Our buyers also commented, to us, their appreciation of Karen's efforts and involvement. We went through the purchasing process with Howkins and Harrison. From the initial contact for booking an appointment right through to exchange and completion, Karen and the team at Towcester branch have been extremely helpful, professional, and very responsive. Buying a house, especially when it's being done from a distance, is a difficult and stressful thing but was made so much easier and it felt like they were my local agents. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Both Karen and Holly at the Towcester branch have been great. Having dealt with many estate agents over the years I have to say that the communication and attention to detail is superb! We look forward to progressing and moving into our new home which we would never have known about had it not been for Karen's updates.
