Nice with typical dishes from the region: with andouillette, Chaource....
Superb place, a real find with a simple yet brilliant menu. The tartines are great and the selection of rillettes is superb! But the best is the atmosphere since we enjoyed going not only twice but stayed four hours the second time around with superb service! Absolutely a must when going to Troyes.

Food of a high standard and service excellent. We ate Al Fresco and the atmosphere was good.

Troyes us a small town, whose splendid moment was in the middle ages. The Troyes ounce (31 grams something) is still used to measure precious metals. This is a small, interesting resto right in the centre of Troyes, with short food list with improving quality each year, very good food, short but good wine list, very reasonable prices. Service is fast, friendly, efficient. Worth visit.
