Such great food, service and got to meet and speak to the owner - loved it will definitely visit again when we return to France - we were visitors from Australia, we had researched this restaurant and could not recommend this restaurant more highly

Good quality traditional French cooking, if a little complicated with lots going on with each dish. Massively let down by inattentive and slow service - water didn't arrive, plates left uncleared until the next course was out of the kitchen, was never asked if we wanted a second glass of wine etc. We gave up after 2h10m and went elsewhere for an ice crea..

The service was incredible poor! We have waited for 40 min for waiter to come to our table only to tell us that he will come soon. In the meantime the waitress came once to confirm that the waiter will come soon and she could not take the order even for water. Finally we were blessed with waiter's attention and god the main course after 2 hours in the restaurant. The food was good and we were fed up with everything. Avoid this restaurant!

One of the best restaurants in this street and with nice interpretations of classic French cuisine. A shame their menu rarely changes. Menu prices are fine and lots to choose from. Wines never impressed me much though. Overall preparations a but dull but tasty and service is professional albeit a bit dull too.

We managed to get a table here on our summer trip to France. Food is excellent. Just what you would expect from a french chef. Waiting staff not too helpful and wait for food wasnt ideal but we were not in a rush so enjoyed our wine from the good selection they stocked. Visited as a family and even the childrens meals were excellent. They had steak which is better than any steak they have had and it was very reasonably priced in the set menu for children which i think was 10/12. We come to Tours most years and would definetly look at coming again.

Foods are good, but it takes a little bit too much time. That’s why I reduce 1 star.
