Our pilot was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and funny, made some good jokes in the air. He was like a tour guide, giving info about celebrities, buildings, and areas. This was my first time ever doing this and I’m glad I picked this company. I felt very safe. The only thing I didn’t like was that the prices were different, a bit raised. They said it started off at 99 per person, but then I was only shown routes starting at 245 per person, the says because of COVID-19. Just wish they would’ve said something beforehand.

There was some confusion and I ended up not being able to go on this ride. The man who assisted me with my refund, Tom Pendas, was absolutely nothing but helpful in resolving all issues and very polite while explaining things. I had initially left a 1 star review, but his assistance helped to sway my decision to update to 5 star. Very appreciative of the help I received
Our first time me and my partner went to see miami from the sky! Our experience was phenomenal and we enjoy every second every view from the sky! We didnt get to see the entire city but we really enjoyed what we saw! Next time we will see the entire city from the sky with this company! The pilot was very professional and funny! Even thou the helicopter wasn’t the most recent model or with the best technology we still enjoy the trip and we are looking forward to a more extended trip in the sky to see more of miami! Thanks for this great experience!! See you guys next time!
AMAZING!! AMAZING!! AMAZING!!! Don’t listen to the negativity most people say because let me tell you coming from a person who’s very skeptical about things but we went ahead and tried these folks and they are amazing, wonderful and gives you your money worth plus more!! Our tour was super fun and we were able to see beautiful Miami from hundreds of feet in the air...OMG talk about beautiful and I’m so sorry i can’t remember our polite name but he was the best! Can’t wait til our family trip because we’ll definitely be booking another spectacular ride with this company!!!!! ️
Amazing helicopter experience. Out Pilot, Tom was amazing. He is also a wonderful air guide for Miami. We had a Panoramic Air Tour and we enjoyed it at 100%. Miami from above is breathtaking and with the Tour Helicopter, you can't go wrong! Strongly Recommended!
