Excellent pizza and service. The crust here is the best I've had in France, and the Café Gourmand had a well curated selection of small desserts that were very good. The ambiance and service were both quite nice as well. I would imagine reservations would be good if you want to go for dinner, but lunch was easily available.

If you're visiting Troyes, you must go there. AND do not forget to book a table. Loved it!!
