Great place to learn French, easy to enroll, very flexible, you can enroll for a few weeks or months depending on your need. The teacher I had was amazing, patient, friendly and genuinely interested in his students. Recommended!

I am about to finish my two months intensive course and I absolutely loved having classes with our teacher Claire. Feeling no pressure during the classes, studying in friendly environment, making homework which helped to memorize better. I find that the book is also well made : topics with necessary vocabulary, grammar, practicing writing. Apart from our studying program I was impressed with different activities that were organized by Astrid - visiting museums, having cooking ateliers, city tour etc. This is a person really passionate about her job and being good in it.

The experience with AF Toulouse was really great!!! The teachers are really competent in providing students with all the necessary skills for the use of French in different aspects of life (job, school, daily life). For example thanks to them I passed from a level in which I barely spoke French in my daily routine to having obtained an intermediate official Diploma of French for Foreigners. I strongly recommend AF Toulouse, where all the personnel and extracurricular activities will make you feel as living in a big international family!!

I’d done several separate month-long French formations in Toulouse at IULCF and decided to give the Alliance a try for a change. So glad that I did! Not only was it a little cheaper, but it was air-conditioned during the heatwave. Not to mention that I was very impressed by all of my three teachers—they were all very passionate, great at their jobs, professional and straightforward. I recommend the ateliers in phonetics and conversation in addition to the immersive courses. I also recommend this to any adults seeking to acquire language at a more advanced age—that was where the Alliance had a clear advantage for me over IULCF, which can often have a lot of students in their late teens and early twenties. One slight critique in that the administrative elements could occasionally be confusing—class schedules and expectations could have been more clearly outlined to mitigate first-day-of-school nerves! But this was still a great experience and I hope to return.

I was there for 2 weeks this summer and stayed with a host family ( in my opinion this is a must to get the best immersion experience) . The teachers were helpful and as always I ate like a king in the French host family's house. Good teachers and I always learn stuff in the classes. If you are a beginner I would recommend a full month to really get started. I have also done AF in Rouen, Strasbourg , and in Bordeaux and I have only positive things to say about all of them!
