I came in for service a few x and worked with John Ferrari whom I had met at another N. NJ dealership a few years ago which is now closed. He's very knowledgeable and helpful...very good to work with. He patiently replied to all of my texts and calls.. Re one issue I had had he was very honest that repairing a certain interior function in my CTS may/may not make things better and I did appreciate his sincerity. As per my request he and Leigh made the changes I requested which I appreciated! A more recent issue was well resolved ..thank you John!

Go to Cristian! Hands down the best cars salesman I had the pleasure of purchasing a car with. He was so kind and was patient with me as I looked for a car for a few months. Anytime he got something in that he thought I would be interested in he sent me pictures right away. He did not pressure me to make a decision sooner like some cars salesman do. This dealership was a little further from me but absolutely worth it since the service here is unmatched!
