Dr C. Mansfield

Totnes Library demonstrates the ancient town's commitment to books and learning. A brand new steel and glass building appeared just a couple of years ago which is wonderful. A writing group meets regularly in the large building which connects the new structure of Totnes Library with the Mansion.
