Old pigsqueal

Refused to exchange an item with a \lifetime guarantee\ because they had not recorded a previous exchange on their record, which apparently they should have done. This was used as the excuse. \Computer says no\. I won't be using Interline again. You live and learn. Response to supplier's comments below: Although I originally got this from Interline it's a manufacturer's, not supplier's, guarantee and Travis Perkins willingly exchanged it when I explained what had happened. Now that's customer service. :

Was charged more than double for 125 metres of alkathene water pipe. Check the prices before you go. I queried the price and was told that I wouldn't have been charged this much if I had an account. I like to try and shop locally wherever possible and have never posted a negative review before. Be careful.

Love this company. Delivered 4 bags of chippings down my narrow lane, but we didn't have space for it all (my mistake). No problem for the delivery guys, they suggested returning in a few days with the rest once space had been cleared. Even gave me some good suggestions on the landscaping project I was working on. Positive, friendly, great customer service.
