A rather refreshing addition to the row of shops in the area and free on site parking is a bonus! Saf was very thorough whilst helping me to choose a range of flavours and a new set of coils. And it doesn't stop there, I even got a loyalty card which I got stamped with my purchase. Soon enough I'll be getting 3 bottles of liquids (on the house) - A company which gives you something back, a real feel good factor! Many thanks for the great service, I really appreciate your ongoing efforts in providing me with fantastic customer service and a range of quality products on a regular basis.

Alex was so helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I went in looking for a new model and he's only gone and helped me find the best vape I've had. What refreshed me most about Alex was that he listened to what I wanted and got me exactly that. I'm almost always directed to the more expensive, big cloud vapes when I go into buy a new model but it was not the case with Alex. Only thing I'd say is the juice taste is a bit strange, but it was free with the vape anyway! Maybe wouldn't go back for juice, would deffo go back for great service, new parts or if I need a new model in the future.

Trying to give up cigars. Called in last week and spoke to Abdullah. Was really helpful in getting me fixed up with a device. Been back today and spoke to Saf. Again really good service and advice. Brilliant shop. Highly recommended.
