I have to say I am disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a TPR valve as my Megaflo was constantly dripping. First they lost my details so were a few days late ordering and then the company they ordered from received the order but didn't act on it. When it did eventually turn up I was still charged a postage fee. Not the customer service I was expecting. I would have ordered from eBay if I had known.
