I had the charging port repaired on my phone. That was fixed but noticed the lens of my back camera was dirty. Tried cleaning it from the outside but noticed it was dirty on the inside. Basically the engineer had left his fingermarks or something on the inside of the lens before it was was put back together. Very unprofessional! Couldn't even take a clear picture with the phone. Had to wait till they reopened after the pandemic. They took the phone in and claimed they tried to clean it the best they could, but couldn't get it clean. They're now claiming it needs a whole new back cover (40 parts 15 labour) which I need to pay for. The phone probably doesn't even cost that much now. The same part (back cover) can be bought for 5. BUT if I use my own part they won't give me any warranty on the repair. So basically I have to pay 55 to have the phone repaired that they damaged. I was best going to another repair shop that repairs phones more professionally.

Long overdue review but I dropped off an S9 with a charge & headphone port which were both (I thought) beyond repair. I was met with great Customer Service, a price which was cheaper than my insurance excess (deffo worth checking). Prompt resolution & again great service when picking up. Great staff, great service, clean & tidy store and great & honest pricing. Couldn't ask for more.
Had my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen replaced. Although not cheap it was a genuine Samsung screen and the fit was as it was from the factory. Part was ordered same day and phone was ready for collection the following day. Connor was very friendly and polite. Will be using Total Phone Solutions from now on.
