I have been in and out of Total Business Furniture for a few years trying to buy the right chair. The staff are very friendly and know exactly what they are talking about. I have had a few chairs home with me to try in my home office just to make sure I buy the right one. Granted the chairs are more expensive than the standard \office chair\ from the likes of Amazon and online sites but the chairs sold by these guys are the best you can buy so you do expect to pay for what you get! I have the BMA Ergonomics AXIA Plus which I can adjust even to the slightest degree for added comfort - this chair was recommended to me after trying a few chairs in the showroom and after taking similar chairs home to try. Again I was allowed to try the AXIA chair out before purchase in my home office. I had a slight issue with the chair and contacted total Business Furniture. They came up pretty much right away to help with my issue and had it resolved within the hour. I have purchased 2 chairs from total Business Furniture and I will as I need them buy more. Great service all round.
