I tried calling this location on December 23rd and 24th but they don't answer their phones. It's as if they refuse to pick up the phone. I was calling to ask to see if they still had tamales available before driving over there. They never answered the phone. So come Christmas Eve, I went to this location and there were signs on the door that said \No tamales.\ They only had chicharrones of all sizes and buenuelos available. I gave this business a 3 star rating only because their tamales are actually good and fresh (usually). The staff and employees could use retraining with their ethics, hospitality and customer service. I've been a customer here for a couple of years now. Next time I'll know to buy them in advance before they're sold out.
The staff is awesome the food is great and I come back time and time again
Specials are only Sunday and Friday and Saturday they dont have much compare to Sunday. Also lady that helped me didnt seem she wanted to be there. No smile no small talk. I said hello and said good bye nothing from her. Sad something that simple won't make me go back now.
