I popped in on my way home and I was served but lovely and amazing Raf! I forgot my card and my phone was running low on battery. He took great care of my order and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Busy little place next to the busiest Clapham Junction train station, the Tortilla restaurant serves tasty burritos, nachos, Tacos, Quesidilla and other snacks. The restaurant is busy, especially on the weekends but the service wasn’t bad. The menu is Tortilla’s standard (I’ve tasted same dishes across other Tortilla chain of restaurants) and wish there could be more customised or specials. The food was tasty as expected, I enjoy spicy one! Looks like the tables are not cleared regularly, so you may find half eaten food, spilled beans and sauces on the tables.
I came in to order my lunch last Friday, one of the lovely crew named Gigi took my order, he was really very nice and polite. And the food was also great!
Very disappointed place is too crowded no social distancing some people don't have masks on, they could have waited outside, only let the person ordering come in specially as they don't have mask. On top of the long queue staff are serving themselves as maybe they are due for their break!!! Staff preparing the food either have no mask or wearing the mask below there nose. If they can't wear a mask maybe the company should provide them with a visor. Can't be complacent in this pandemic. I'm giving low or if there is zero star I will mark this place zero. Visited 26.11.2020 at 17:20pm. Today is a very disappointing visit, will not recommend it to anyone.
It tastes good! Decent prices! But this Clapham junction branch says it opens at 8am on weekdays and the guys are never ready to open at 8am! I work nearby and this happened multiple times. Either change your times, or train your staff to open on time!
