I ordered menudo for my Valentine's Day hangover. It's been a few years since I even needed menudo for a hangover. This restaurant did not disappoint! They brought it to the table with all the garnishments I expected. My girlfriend ordered the birria. The soups were delightfully greasy, heavily flavored with herbs and spices. It's like eating medicine! By the end of the meal I had a good sweat going and I felt about 70% better than I did before I started eating. Amazing!
Call ahead if planning to dine in. This place is the real deal. We are vegetarians and they had plenty of options. The veggie quesadilla was next level and we highly recommend (check photo). I ordered the veggie burrito and was very pleased. Prices seemed high when ordering but you truly get tons of food. I would recommend this place over and over. The only reason I left 4 stars is because we waited 30-40 minutes for our food.
Excellent food!! A little tricky to locate if you don't speak Spanish, but worth asking. The burritos are amazing and well priced.
