We had a fantastic service from Gary and the team. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us - moving house is stressful enough at the best of times but during lock-down it was not fun. Copps definitely alleviated a lot of the stress by being very understanding of the situation. They are very experienced in the difficulties of moving and with our big chain they were a massive help with storing our house contents when we had to eventually empty the house with little notice. We really appreciated the personal touch of the family run business and emails and calls were always responded to quickly. They arrived with our things right on time and were done in a few hours. No breakages and everything accounted for. Thank you Gary and team, we couldn't have done it without you!

I employed Copps to do a house clearance and clean. The house was very dirty as my elderly Aunt's health had deteriorated and she wasn't able to manage any more. They saw the house before quoting and described the cleaning as a wipe down of all surfaces in the house. Attached are a small sample of photo's after they \cleaned\ the house. As I don't live locally I paid the bill and was then shocked at the state of the house on my next visit. I called Copps and asked them to go back and make good and got yelled at by the owner. When he eventually calmed down he promised to go back and rectify, but never did. Simply the worst company I have ever come across. If I could leave a zero I would.
