Lived at here for 3 years. Unfortunately due to Covid I lost my job and had to move back with my parents. I will say that I didn’t realize how much I loved living here until I left. The weather is always lovely in torrance, the pool area felt like a weekend hotel vacation with a jacuzzi. I will say the manager does a good job keeping the place spotless clean and maintained. (Note: I have read reviews not liking the manager, but my guess is those people where loud and disruptive and didn’t like being told to keep it down). It is not a party place and that is what I loved about it for a quiet relaxing environment. Good luck with anyone looking for a place to live!!!

Lived there for 2 years since 2016. Loved the community and the neighborhood! Nothing major to be concerned or worried about if you’d like to live there. Nice management by Blanca, which def provides comfy and quiet living condition to tenants.
I just moved to Emerald Victoria a few months ago and I can say so far it is one of my best experiences of a move in. About a week after moving I had a knock in the door with a welcome gift from Blanca the manager. I feel very welcomed here. I can tell the management wants everyone to be happy in their homes. I agree with the other people wondering why such the bad reviews?
I lived at Emerald Victoria Apartments for 3 years and loved it! I moved from a different complex in Torrance after having cockroaches. This place was beautifully kept up. Absolutely no issues with cockroaches or any other bugs. The pool is awesome and it was great having the rec room to hang out. I just moved because of my job, however I would absolutely recommend this place. The location is fabulous. And compared to other apartments in the area the rent is reasonable. After reading the other reviews I'm not sure if we lived at the same place. The management was so easy to work with. They're a smaller management company which made it a much more personal experience. I've lived at many other places in the area and I miss it already.
