Bellissima scuola, molto atterrazzata bravi insegnanti, molto organizzata, preparati per tutto, lavagne interattive, tutto molto dinamico
Nice college
Nice school
The Best school. The Best friends The Best City. I loved all that.
Very very bad experience and… Very very bad experience and organisation Very, very bad experience Bad experience. The company proves to be absolutely incompetent and unreliable, they only think about selling, but do not know how to assess the needs of the student. They are organized so that you can not have direct contact with the manager to get real listening and satisfaction to your legitimate requests. I made a formal complaint on my return to Italy. Even today, after more than 2 months, I am waiting for an answer, which they did not deign to give me. Once the tuition has been collected, the student does not count for them. If they were as good as they are to sell themselves, it would be too good, instead they are a real disaster, from accommodation in the accommodation, to the choice of family, to the indication of the type of course suitable for the age and needs of the student. They just tell you a lot of hoaxes. And then they leave you to yourself, preventing you from any actual communication. Be wary of what you read on the site, it is all fake and be wary of what the consultants tell you, it is also all fake. It's just only misleading advertising. In short, to forget and delete. So if you want dispassionate advice, turn to other schools, forget KAPLAN which is the worst in assault.
i had the opportunity to study in Kaplan Torquay in 2018 for 02 weeks, the staff is lovely, and the teachers are the absolute best teachers of english i had in life, great experience !
