All of our requests were complied with without any issues. Never had to arrange a funeral before but went to Drakes as they had been recommended. From start to finish I was given advice, guidance and support. I practically had to phone nearly every day as I hadn't a clue of the process, felt very sorry for Stuart as was dealing with my Dad's funeral. Anyway we got there in the end and I have to say the whole service was carried out with great respect and dignity, because of this horrendous virus the usual procedures were different but with clear instructions from Stuart and the rest of the staff all went well without a hitch. So a massive Thank You to everyone involved to include Chas who conducted the service.

Stuart very quickly took all our worries away and provided an excellent service throughout the whole process, from start to finish. We felt comforted in the way he talked us through a very new and unknown process. The Order of Services were beautifully done and to a very high standard and we were also provided with the opportunity to have a tribute page in honour of our wonderful Dad.
