Only decent pool in Tq for swimming. Gym OK. No hair dryer, no swim kit dryer, no free shower/body wash. It is a hotel so guests use pool.

Gets my vote for the least helpful staff member. I’d like to know about pool membership please. Come here to talk about it. Can you tell me over the phone? Tells me one membership and when I say I don’t think that will suit, he says no I don’t expect it will. Charming ! You obviously do not want paying customers. But plenty of others do. So I will not get to visit your hotel again or pay several hundred pounds for a pool membership.
