Visited for the \Wonder Nights\, Christmas adventure. For the obvious reason the event was not able to be indoors this year, that was understandable... The team have put on a really nice event this year, the lighting, story and music was very nice for both us parents and the children. There were good stories for some of the fairies to get the imagination going. At the coffee shack at the end of the trail the staff were helpful and the boys loved toasting their marshmallows over the fire pit. A good touch. It takes about an hour to do the trail at a slowish pace. Previous years have been much better but this is not the venues fault. Hopefully a return to excellence next festive season.

A wonderful place to explore and get lost in the serenity and history of the place. Each time we visit we find something else we missed on a previous visit. Would be great to see the garden and Bath houses restored to allow visitors in. The gardens are very well kept and the relic garden is joy to behold. This place has absolutely everything from collecting conkers, soaking up the floral displays, strolling historical corridors to a laze by the sea, feeding the ducks, and an exhilarating hike up to the folly for some breathtaking views. Highly recommend a visit here. Dog friendly too. Orangery a bit on the pricey side for a cup of tea and slice of cake, but an extravagant treat if you feel inclined.

A firm favourite of ours that never gets old. Years and years of memories made in this beautiful place. Stunning grounds and architecture which is full of history. Lovely cafe up by the main house and the house itself is definitely worth a look.

Really lovely, a lot hard work has gone into it. Although I understand it was smaller than last year, it was worth it.

Went for Wonder Nights and a dog walk. Really lovely afternoon. Well worth a trip for the views alone.
