After 7 years our thermostat started acting up. Warmup's response to my initial request for help was prompt, courteous, and ongoing with friendly follow-ups with customer service. Scott Kohn, a competent technical rep helped me until we reached a resolution and we have a working system once again. I would not hesitate to buy another thermostat from Warmup when and if this one ever does stop working. Kudos on a great product and competent staff.

We used Warmup's electric in-floor heating for a tiny house that we recently built. It was the perfect addition to add heat the tiny house! Placing the order, and working with the team all went seamlessly. A great company!
My floor heating was installed last October and has been working fine. Had a red warning screen this morning and contacted their customer service by email.
