Long story short: the staff will only do what’s the most profitable one for them, instead of what you actually want or what’s valuable. Wanted to open a prepaid account with them. I empathized a few times that this will only be used for a month. They went ahead and opened a Virgin account, and charged an initiation fee. I was told that fee would be rebates later and didn’t worry about it. A month later, I found this account on my credit report with no rebate received. This is not supposed to happen for a PREPAID account, confirming that the staff opened a NORMAL line, which probably met their quota :) Amazing. Now I have an account opened for only a month, and this will stay on my credit history for 10 years. Great, thanks SOURCE.

Got exactly what I came in for if not more! Excellent service and assistance by Azim and Kat! Thanks to them I learned more about offers and services that could benefit me fully rather than simply selling me the most expensive option. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Excellent experience at this store. The Staff here are really incredible with their vast knowledge of the products and beyond. Honesty and great customer service speaks about them too. I will forever say thanks to all of you, Azim, Bramyen and Raphael.
Always out of stock on key items for some reason (e.g. Sony earphones). However, will say that they price match and are quite good about it. Convenient location, but relatively limited selection. I'm sure you can order to the store if you want.
