I’ve recently started taking virtual classes and it’s quickly become a highlight of my week! Tyson is always positive and encouraging and the classes are never boring. I’ve been able to challenge myself and after a couple of weeks feel stronger than I have in a long time. Would recommend to anyone!
Working with Jamie is easy. He is clear and concise with his instructions, is very well educated and knowledgeable in this field. By helping me with physical education he helped me with my self esteem and self confidence. It was a whole new start. He makes working out fun.

These guys are the best. They are helping me lose my covid-15 and stay healthy for the long winter ahead. The space they have is fully equipped, parking is easy and they have put in several measures to ensure that it is safe to workout together during this time. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are kind but push you to work hard! I'm seeing results in areas I didn't know I needed results in. I'm stronger. And feel great. Definitely recommend.
I started training with Jamie at a time when I was overwhelmed by the information on how to loose weight and get healthy. I didn’t know where to start. Jamie helped me to understand what type of exercises worked best for me and he was open to incorporating exercises that I enjoyed and training outdoors. What I appreciated most is that our training sessions were simple routines that didn’t need fancy equipment which meant I could do them on our non-training days. I lost 20 pounds. Never did I have such success training by myself. I felt great and energized. Jamie is a great motivator, patient, and achieves results.
