Customers Be Aware , Trouble experience with this man, went to the address on there website but no business there, a rental apartment that the currant tenent dose not know about this business , google there name to find his currant address found out a Half a dozen businesses under the same name but deferent locations which all no business so called Soft air system there,This is total Scam I felt completely toke advantage off, I will be contacting my lawyer.

I hired Soft Air System to come work on two tankless water heaters and one air conditioning unit at my house on two separate occasions. Both times the work was done well and efficiently, with no problems after the fact. The second time, Kamran and his team came over and completed work and we had a small issue that came up later in the day. Kamran was very responsive and made sure that our problem was resolved quickly. We really appreciate the company’s attention to detail and the fact that they were available when we needed them. I would recommend the company to my friends and family for similar services.
This service is by far one of the best in Toronto. Very underrated. Helped me with my Furnace problems and got it up and running in around 30 minutes. Highly recommend anyone to try out this company.

I purchased a furnace and air conditioner from them August 2017. In the spring of 2018 the air conditioning stopped working and they replaced the evaporation coil, again was not working and when I phoned them the call went through to Someone lees and they sent out a repair man.They did not fix the air conditioner and told me there would be a cost to me. I explained to them that the system had been repaired twice before, They phoned later and told me it would cost me around 700 . I phoned the manufacture International Comfort Products LLC in the USA about my displeasure.They said they would supply any parts needed at no charge,They did give me some phone numbers of reputable dealers of their products in GTA. I phoned one of the dealers and it took him less than 15 minutes to get the system up and working again.
I just thought to put few lines for Soft Air System Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I got positive reviews from a friend of my spouse about them. So, I took their service. They gave me fine consultation to purchase an air conditioner and they installed it smoothly in my office. I guess they provide reliable furnace & ductless services Toronto and I’ll recommend them to others.
Great experience, I needed a ductless installed and he did it right away and helped me out with the questions I had and had great pricing. Highly recommend you try out this service.
Pros: Prompt, can fix things. Cons: Lloyd is belligerent, rude, abrasive, aggressive, will berate you, go up one side of you and down the other, fabricates things, shoves the manual in your face to make you figure out your furnace error messages. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time on this company unless you want to be treated poorly.
