I had a great experience with Synthia. Our current house had sold and we were struggling to find a 6 month rental while our new home was being built and had only 2 weeks left before we had to be out of our current house. After countless attempts to find a short term rental on our own with no success, Synthia was not only one of the few agents to actually return our call after we left a message, but she went above and beyond and contacted the owner of a house that normally rents for minimum 12 month lease and was able to explain our situation so that we were able to get into the short term rental we needed just in time. Synthia was also very responsive to emails and pushing paperwork through quickly which made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend her and would use her again in a second if needed.
