I hired Postmedia in February to market my small business. Everything looked impressive, until the work needed to be done. There were many delays. I had to keep repeating instructions. Then big mistakes happened, that cost me a great deal of money. When the pandemic made business operations even more difficult, I placed a halt to all advertising. They continued advertising! Again, I had to repeat my instructions several times before they finally stopped spending my money. Even though it was not authorized, I still paid. It took many weeks of repeated requests before they finally eleased\ my own website and returned control of it. And through it all, they continued invoicing me - in spite of the fact that no work had been done in a long time. The costly mistakes were reason enough to cancel the contract. The pandemic simply added a second reason - everything had changed. It was definitely not business as usual. I explained both reasons to Postmedia numerous times. They simply continue to ignore my words and respond \You signed a contract.\ And the invoices still continue. My advice to you: Do NOT sign a contract with Postmedia.
