The worst customer service ever. They don't respond to my calls or emails. they did not tailor my shirt and suit which came 6 months late. When I finally got a hold of them they tailored it wrong again. They did not give us the bow ties that were included in the price we paid. Hung up the phone in my face and now I cant get a hold of them . Avoid these people at all costs. It has been almost 2 years and I have still not gotten what I paid for.

I’ve had Peter Parvez make suits for me twice now. Once back in 2015, and again this year. Both times I was 100% satisfied. Easy booking, extensive fabric options, accurate measurements, fair prices, and a quick turnaround time from initial appointment, to picking up/being shipped the item. If I ever have a need for another suit, I will use him again, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has need of the services he provides.

Very friendly behaviour and they know what they are doing. I tried them for a suit for a wedding program, and I was in a hurry. I wanted to make it as fast I can, and I was kind of worried regarding trial fitting and the time henceforth. But to my surprise, the measurement was a perfect fit and needed no alteration, thus saved me from a lot of headache. Obviously gonna recommend them to my friends.

I’ve been coming to Peter Parvez for more than 8 years. The prices are excellent for custom-made garments; cheaper than many store-bought off-the-rack items. They measure me each time I ask, and I customize my collars, cuffs and shirt placket to add some uniqueness to my wardrobe. He always offers me tips on what would match well (cos I’m not always that clear on that for myself) and also what items tend to be fashionable each season. If you take your clothing seriously and you enjoy dressing professionally and looking sharp then this is a brilliant way to go.

They have not delivered my shirts, they do not respond to phone calls or Emails or Text messages. I ordered shirts for a major event In Nov 2019 and it looks like I will not be getting them as of June 2020. I highly highly suggest you do not use this company. Edit: after numerous phone to Peter and leaving many messages. He agreed to a settlement. Then he would not answer any phonecalls and no settlement had been transfered. I got BBB involved, Ontario business protection and a few other agencies. After that the settlement was sent from Peter with no message and it was less than he promised.

I purchased a suit and three shirts. They have a great selection of fabrics and gave good advice about selections. The clothes arrived earlier than promised and were made perfectly; no need to return for a second fitting. This is the second purchase I have made with Peter Parvez and I am very happy with both.

I recently went to Peter Parvez for a fitting after purchasing the Cyber Monday shirt deal (6 shirts for about 300 taxes in). The experience was top notch right from the get go. The staff was very professional and provided me with useful advice and tremendous selection. Peter was there to help get the measurements down to a tee and they even allowed for me to make specific customizations to my shirts that I haven't experienced before! Definitely the best experience I have ever had and I highly recommend giving them a try.

I used to use Maxwell’s for my shirts but found the customer service dreadful. I’ve used Peter Parvez for 8 shirts now and love it. Fantastic price, great customer service, and far quicker delivery. Highly recommend.
