I usually go there every weekend to do walk through and check all the screens as part of my job. Very clean and looks organized. There is coffee bar right after you enter in left hand side if. Y any chance you miss to grab your coffee. There is like 6 elevators which is more than what you expect at such a small air port to take you upon & down. There is only 2 levels and at second level you do the check in. There are 2 escalators which take you to the check in gates.

Heritage block and a landmark that needs major restoration to preserve it while allowing for an observation deck for public panorama viewing from the rooftop and to be converted into a perfect creative progressive unique tourist/culture attraction as well a control tower for the airport, building a helipad ..TO Lighthouse...harbour museum... galleries ..swimming pool ....etc... so many great things could come out of this very interesting unique location and may be connected to the already amazing so successful and busy WNC next door and makes a perfect extension to it to accommodate more activities all year around. All what it takes is real talented Canadian architects.
When they level the silos here, and turn this into an actual lot, then they've earned this right to call this P1.
I think this would be historic someday..only old building structure downtown
