If I could give Filson Toronto and their staff more than 5 stars I would. Kevin and Darcy went far beyond what was asked of them - I cannot say enough good things. Its very comforting knowing that every Filson item purchased comes with a high level of service. Highly recommended - needless to say Filson pieces have taken over my wardrobe.

Products are undoubtedly the best and what makes it on another level is the great customer service. It’s not easy to shop for clothes over the phone but they make this experience very pleasant. Good job

Bought a bag for my boyfriend here last year and the guys working were so friendly and helpful. The bags aged really well, the quality is great. The store itself is really nice both in the front and in back with the apparel. Great product set up in a great space.
Living north of the city I didn't want to travel down during Covid. I called the Store and spoke with Darcey. I was looking to purchase the Mackinaw blanket. Darcey advised it could be shipped, free of charge. The blanket arrived as scheduled. Awesome blanket and AWSOME customer service. The icing on the cake was a personal handwritten thank you note.
