I'm giving this company 3 stars. Ordering from their website seemed all good. I uploaded my photo's, picked out the frame style, etc that I wanted, I was able to view how everything would look, it was all good. They offered a free 8x8 wrapped frame photo with my order, so I uploaded my chosen picture, viewed it on my computer screen & submitted my order. Payment was all good. I received my order in an acceptable time frame and the order was packaged excellent. When I opened the package, everything was great except for the free 8x8 wrapped frame photo (picture included). I requested the photo image to be a continued wrap around the sides of the frame and it was on all sides except the top and the front top edge, that was white. They didn't wrap the photo on the top. It looked awful. I contacted the company and they provided excellent customer service and offered to redo the photo for free. I asked the rep that was helping me, Bruce, if it was a problem with the photo. If so, I'd choose a different photo. He said 'no'. I received the replacement yesterday. And sadly, same exact problem. The photo is wrapped on all sides except the top and top front edge is white. What is happening? I would never allow this to be shipped to a customer. This is why I've given them a 3 out of 5 stars and I would choose a different company for my future photo development needs, at least for anything I wanted wrapped. A company with more pride in their work.

First time we ordered from this company. we too, thought that we were buying from a Canadian company, so that was a bit disappointing to find out that the product was shipping from India. They shipped with FedEx ans about 20 for a 30\x40\ canvas. No duties or extra charges. There was a Winter storm in the US after the item left India, so it was held up in Tennessee for about a week longer. Contacted customer support 3 times and got a response within a day or so of each request. It arrived 1 day later than the day needed, that's why we give it 4 stars. Product looks and feels good. Overall, worth buying based on our first experience.
I found this website while searching for somewhere Canadian to order a framed picture. My first issue I came across was when I started to get daily text from DHL asking for duty/tax payments. It wasn’t mentioned while I was making my purchase and would have alerted me to the fact they were indeed not Canadian also I paid 15 for shipping. I called the company who said they would pay it and 5 days later I was still getting calls from the delivery company so I went ahead and paid the additional 22 In duty and taxes just so I could finally get my order. I have not been issued a refund for this amount whatsoever even after being told I would. My second big issue is quality and boy do I wish I could post a picture. It was complete garbage, the frame and PICTURE had a white glue like substance all over. Not even remotely salvageable. Glad I threw that 100 down the drain during a pandemic.
I ordered photo magnets from here. I figured I'd try Canvas Champ since they were considerably cheaper than the service I usually use, and I like to support Canadian companies. They have maple leaves all over their site and really play up the Canadian aspect. The products arrived in a parcel shipped from India. When I opened it I could see right away why they were so cheap. The quality of the image was very poor, very pixelated. The magnets themselves are flimsy and poorly cut. I understand that you get what you pay for, but lying about your country of business is disgusting and possibly illegal. I will not do business with them again and urge others to look elsewhere as well.
I used to buy from Canvas Champ all the time and I loved it! Lately the company has let me down. My canvases were a month late and when I received them there was a huge dirt mark on one of them. Not to mention, there were 4 prints missing. So disappointed as I used to love this company :(
