Great service. They always seem to go over an above. I had a couple of issues with my macbook pro and they took the time to fix it and even had more suggestions to improve my product's efficiency that I didn't even ask for. I will always be using them for any mac related questions or products. And great, for it to be in the Beeches so it was easy to get to, drop off and speak to them.

Bought my laptop here, knew what I wanted and they sold me just that, didn't try to talk me into more than I needed. Since then have had it serviced twice under warranty and both times the turn around was faster than expected. You can only get this kind of great service from a local shop!
The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! I had to go in to get my MacBook Pro screen repaired as I cracked my display screen. The turnaround was a lot faster than expected. The estimated date was 2-3 business days but the repair was completed the next day. My laptop looks good as new!! I'm so glad I don't have to go downtown just to get my laptop fixed.
As always, the people at BeachMac are fantastic to deal with. They are friendly, really helpful, very knowledgeable about all the Apple products and services they sell. I just bought a new MacBook Pro. It’s the fourth Apple computer we have purchased from BeachMac. As with the last three purchases, the experience was great! Their tech guys did an excellent job migrating the data from the current laptop to the new one. They did a refurbishment in the older laptop so we will be able to keep using it. It took just one day to get everything finished and I was told up front, via a written quote, what all my costs would be. Thanks again BeachMac people for a great, no-stress buying experience.
Awesome service! I was so worried that I might need to buy a new Macbook for it doesn't turn on anymore. However BeachMac made my day!!!! They're super fast, friendly and knowledgeable!
