Without question an overall fantastic experience! We hired BCF Contracting based on very positive recommendations to do a renovation of our condo and could not be happier with the result. They were professional, always on time, performed the work at a high quality and were very accommodating of our changes. Morover, they were very respectful of the rules associated with any condo renovation and went out of their way to minimize the impact on our neighbors. It is our second proiect with BCF Contracting, a full main bathroom remodeling, and just like the first project (a full kitchen renovation) we are very happy with the results. The team was always punctual, kept the space as clean as possible, protected floors on the access path, coordinating well with the people installing specialized components such as quartz slabs. The workmanship is excellent and the result is a beautiful new and modern bathroom.
The BCF team is an absolute pleasure to work with. We first met the owner Florin eight years ago when we found him on Kijiji to do our basement. We were so impressed with the quality of work professionalism and reliability. We stayed in touch over the years for small little projects and last year we waited 1 year for Florin and the BCF team To be available to build an addition to our house. This was the best decision we made. The addition was completed on time with great communication and reliability and very high-quality work. Another feature we love about the Bcf Contracting team is that they use an app to track your money being spent on the project from day one So there’s no surprises in the end and you know exactly how much money is left in the budget. I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable trustworthy contractor to use BCF contracting group.
